Bradley Thomas GiordanoBradley Thomas Giordano was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. He later attended DePauw University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in 2006.  After DePauw, Giordano earned his law degree from the University Of Virginia School of Law in 2009.  From the outset of his legal career, Bradley Thomas Giordano has worked as a restructuring associate in a large Chicago law firm office.

Bradley Thomas Giordano has significant experience representing debtors, creditors, equity sponsors, and strategic investors in all aspects of distressed restructurings.  He regularly advises clients on issues related to operating in Chapter 11 and fiduciary duty considerations.  Additionally, Giordano provides advice regarding strategic restructuring alternatives, including with respect to out-of-court transactions and Chapter 11 proceedings.

Bradley Thomas Giordano has participated in a wide range of complex restructurings, including Chapter 11 cases for GSE Environmental and Hawker Beechcraft, and various out-of-court restructurings for other distressed businesses.  Additionally, Bradley Thomas Giordano has significant restructuring experience in a wide range of industries, including aircraft manufacturing, heavy equipment rental, medical imaging services, natural resources, retail and hospitality, telecom, and energy exploration and production.  Giordano’s experience also includes multiple engagements with international operations and financial instruments.

Giordano’s extensive experience makes him a sought-after counselor to troubled businesses and other interested parties in bankruptcy cases.  However, Bradley Thomas Giordano has also developed considerable expertise in other aspects of sophisticated commercial legal practice.  For example, Bradley Thomas Giordano has also assisted corporate clients with dispositions of distressed assets and strategic acquisitions.  His day to day work has included buying and selling businesses, analyzing business structure and governance issues, contract drafting and negotiations in the context of goods, services and real estate, and finance document preparation, review, analysis, and negotiation.
